Choosing a car mostly depends on three things that people forget to tell us: how many people are travelling, how much luggage they carry, and how long the drive is. If these are clear, the right car is usually easy to pick.
Think about the bags first, then the people
The number of people is the easy part. Luggage is what really decides the car. A sedan that seats four comfortably will not take four people and four big suitcases without the boot becoming a puzzle. This matters most for airport trips and outstation trips.
If you are not sure, just tell us the number of people and the number of bags. We will choose the car. This is much cheaper than a cramped journey.
Think about the distance
A short trip across the city and a four-hour drive to another city are very different, even in the same car. On long drives a bigger car is worth it: more leg space, a boot that fits the luggage properly, and a comfortable ride.
For outstation trips, tell us the route and the timings instead of asking for a fixed package. The chauffeur’s working hours also need to fit, and it is better to discuss this before the trip, not during it.
Standard or luxury: an honest answer
A standard car is the right choice for most company travel. Our standard cars cover everyday needs, and what travellers notice most is the chauffeur — experienced, in uniform, and fixed for your booking.
Luxury cars are worth it in special situations, not as a general upgrade. They make sense when the person in the back seat is an important client, a visiting official, or a guest whose arrival will be noticed — or when an executive spends most of the day in the car and comfort matters most. Luxury cars have leather seats.
Sending the best car for every trip is not necessary. For regular staff travel, it means paying for something nobody asked for.
What every car has
Whether you choose a standard or a luxury car, it has AC, comes clean, and carries drinking water, tissues, a first-aid kit and USB phone charging. All our cars are insured, and our company is GST registered.
