What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we ask for:
- Company name
- Date and time of the trip
- Pickup point and drop point
- Traveller name and traveller contact number
- Number of passengers
- Your email address
We do not ask for anything else on the form.
Why we ask
Only to confirm the car and the rate for your trip, and to get in touch with you or the traveller about it. We do not sell your details.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you submit the form, your details are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes them on to our email. If the form is not connected, it will not send your details by itself. It opens an email toreservations@vighnahartacarz.com with your details filled in, and you send it from your own email app. You can also phone us instead: +91 77220 19019 or +91 82375 14514.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what device and browser they use. It sets cookies in your browser and sends this usage data to Google. It is separate from the enquiry form, and we do not pass the details you type into the form to Google Analytics. To opt out, you can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Correcting or deleting your details
To correct or delete details you have sent us, write to support@vighnahartacarz.com — tell us which enquiry it is, and we will reply.
Changes to this page
We will update this page if the way we collect or use your details changes.
Need a car for a client or a guest?
Tell us the date, the pickup place and who is travelling. We confirm the car and the chauffeur. Our cars are available 24×7 — a few hours' notice, or the day before, is enough.
